1. Parties & Subject Matter
This Terms of Service & Subscription Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between CRModular Technology Inc. (“CRModular”) and the entity or individual subscribing to the service (“Customer”).
2. SaaS License & Permitted Use
CRModular grants Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable subscription license to access and use the platform in accordance with the selected plan.
3. Free Trial, Subscriptions & Billing
- 14-Day Free Trial: Full platform access is provided for 14 days without requiring credit card upfront.
- Billing Cycle: Recurring billing applies monthly or annually until cancelled.
- Taxes: Unless explicitly stated, fees exclude applicable sales taxes, VAT, or local duties.
4. Customer Data Ownership
100% Customer Ownership: All business contacts, deals, quotes, and files uploaded by the Customer remain the sole and exclusive intellectual property of the Customer. We never monetize or distribute your proprietary data.
5. Service Level Agreement (SLA)
We commit to a minimum 99.9% monthly uptime across our global SaaS cloud infrastructure, excluding pre-announced emergency maintenance windows.
6. Termination & Data Export
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Upon termination, you maintain a 30-day grace window to export all your records before secure cryptographic deletion.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
