The CRModular interface is currently in Turkish. Menu and button names are shown in bold Turkish with an English explanation in brackets.
Company-wide settings are under Ayarlar → Şirket (Settings → Company). Save changes with Ayarları Güncelle (Update settings) at the bottom of the page.
General
- Time zone: e.g.
Europe/Istanbul - Date and time format: e.g.
DD.MM.YYYY, 24-hour - Default currency: applies to all users and is the default for pricing rules.
Security
- Password policy: basic, medium or strong.
- Session timeout: e.g. 3600 seconds (1 hour).
- İki Faktörlü Kimlik Doğrulamayı Zorunlu Tut (Require two-factor authentication): when on, users without 2FA can only use the Profile page until they finish setting it up — including you.
Two-factor authentication (2FA) on your own account
- Open Profil (Profile) from the top-right menu and click 2FA Kur (Set up 2FA) on the Güvenlik (Security) card.
- Install Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator on your phone and scan the QR code (or type the key in manually).
- Enter the 6-digit code from the app and click Doğrula ve Aç (Verify and enable).
- Save the 8 recovery codes somewhere safe — they are shown only once, and each works one time.
From then on you are asked for a code after your password. If you cannot reach your phone, enter one of your recovery codes instead.
If a user loses their phone
A company admin opens the user under Ayarlar → Güvenlik → Kullanıcılar (Settings → Security → Users) and clicks İki faktörlü doğrulamayı sıfırla (Reset two-factor authentication). The user’s open sessions are closed; if 2FA is required, they set it up again at their next sign-in.
Subscription
The Abonelik (Subscription) tab shows your plan, usage and invoices, and is where you pay.
