The CRModular interface is currently in Turkish. Menu and button names are shown in bold Turkish with an English explanation in brackets.
This article is for the company administrator setting up CRModular for the first time. For a small team, setup usually takes about a day.
Prepare before you start
- Company name, tax details, address and logo
- User list (name, email, department, manager)
- Your sales stages and loss reasons
- Product/service list and customer list (Excel/CSV)
- SMTP details and an app password for your company email account
1. Sign-up and welcome
- On Kayıt Ol (Sign up) enter your name, work email, company name and password. Your company, admin account and 14-day trial are created.
- Click the verification link in your inbox. Until you do, an orange banner appears at the top; use Tekrar Gönder (Resend) to get a new link.
- In the welcome wizard, enter your industry, phone and website, and optionally invite your first teammate.

Check your plan
Some screens depend on your plan. Starter covers the core CRM (accounts, contacts, leads, opportunities, activities, campaigns, reports); Professional adds quotes/orders/contracts/price books, support cases, SLAs and automation. Menu items outside your plan show a “Paket dışı” (not in plan) badge. Change plans under Ayarlar → Şirket → Abonelik (Settings → Company → Subscription).
Before going live
- Has every user been given a profile and role?
- Have test records been deleted?
- Have you picked a plan before the trial ends?
