Limits of a spreadsheet template
A spreadsheet is fine for preparing a single quote, but keeping price lists current, enforcing discount limits, approving and following up quotes all need manual checks every time. To make follow-up systematic, read How to follow up on sales quotes; for the full quote-to-order flow see Quote Management and CPQ.
