The CRModular interface is currently in Turkish. Menu and button names are shown in bold Turkish with an English explanation in brackets.
These screens are available on Professional and higher plans.
1. Product catalogue
Ürün Yönetimi → Ürünler (Products): product name, product code (SKU, unique within your company), family, unit, customs tariff code, origin, cost and standard price. For many products use importing from Excel.
2. Price books
On Fiyat Listeleri (Price books) create lists such as Standard, Dealer or Export. In each list, use Ürün Ekle (Add product) to enter:
- list price (or use standard price),
- minimum / maximum quantity,
- maximum discount %.
These rules are enforced on quote and order lines: a line below the minimum quantity or above the allowed discount is not saved.
3. Tiered (volume) pricing
Use Fiyatlandırma Kuralları (Pricing rules) on the price book detail, e.g. 1–10 units at 1,000 TRY, 11–50 units at 900 TRY.
4. Default price book
Select it under Ayarlar → Şirket → Satış → Varsayılan Fiyat Listesi (Settings → Company → Sales → Default price book).
5. Product bundles
Ayarlar → Ürün Paketleri (Settings → Product bundles): component products and a bundle price, plus compatibility rules (recommended together / cannot be sold together). When a bundle is added to a quote, the bundle price is spread across its lines.
Check
Add a product to a quote without entering a price: the price-book price should appear. A line below the minimum quantity or above the allowed discount should be rejected.
