CRM (Customer Relationship Management)

CRM is the approach — and the software — a company uses to keep customer, sales and support information in one system and manage it as a team.

CRM (Customer Relationship Management) is the practice of keeping everything a company knows about its customers — companies, contacts, conversations, quotes, orders and support cases — in one place, and the software that makes this possible.

What it does

  • One customer record: sales, support and finance see the same customer card instead of scattered emails and spreadsheets.
  • Sales tracking: deals are tracked by stage, so you know where every quote stands. See sales pipeline.
  • Reminders and automation: follow-up tasks, email sequences and rules make sure nothing is forgotten.
  • Reporting: team performance, win rate and revenue forecasts come straight from the data.
